The Charles County Family Day Care Provider's Access Line  ( PAL ) The Provider’s Access Line (PAL) is a resource which parents may utilize to locate family child care providers who are registered with and approved by the Maryland State Department of Education’s Office of Childcare (MSDE/OCC).  Each independent provider is solely responsible to adhere to the rules and regulations of the State of Maryland as set forth in COMAR 13A.14.01, 02, 05, and 07.  PAL can not vouch for or verify the quality of these programs. Parents are solely responsible for selecting a provider to care for their children PAL bares no responsibility  for the selection made by the parents.
